Curriculum & Program Development

We turn proven training into recognized credentials, without making faculty rebuild what already works.

Strong apprenticeship and workforce training often already meets college-level rigor. What’s missing is the framework that translates it into academic credit. Eleven Tenths develops and aligns curriculum so that the learning people already complete counts toward a credential.

What this looks like

  • Reviewing existing curriculum against degree and certificate standards
  • Articulating work-based and apprenticeship learning into college credit
  • Structuring embedded general-education content into recognized coursework
  • Developing new curriculum where a pathway has a gap, in partnership with faculty and industry
Why it matters

When training converts cleanly into credit, apprentices finish with both journey-level experience and a degree, employers get a clearer signal of skill, and colleges connect existing workforce systems to formal credentials without duplicating effort.

Proof

Working with the Loyd E. Williams Pipe Trades Training Center and Foothill College, we helped align an existing apprenticeship curriculum to Associate of Science standards, converting it into credit without duplication.
